To schedule an appointment please call one of our clinics. The front desk coordinator will collect your insurance information and will schedule your first visit. She will provide you with all the information necessary to begin therapy.

Hours Of Operation

Appointment Policy

Please call 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Missed appointments will be charged a $30, and due to high demand, our late evening appointments at 5 and 6 pm have a no show fee of $50.

If you are 10 minutes late for your appointment it will be the therapists decision if we will be able to treat you. We may have to reschedule the appointment if there is not enough time to complete an effective treatment session.
